A booking is confirmed only after the itinerary, price, inclusions and required payment have been agreed. Details shown in our quotation or written confirmation form part of the agreement.

3. Traveller responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and valid travel documents where required.
• Be ready at the confirmed meeting time and location.
• Follow local laws, safety requirements and site instructions.

4. Events beyond our control

Weather, natural events, traffic, government decisions and other circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect an itinerary. Safety comes first, and we will offer a practical alternative whenever possible.

5. Liability

Quang Da Trip is responsible for services it supplies or directly coordinates, subject to applicable law and the limitations stated in your booking confirmation.
